Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Custom / Bulk Orders

Custom-made and bulk orders cannot be canceled once confirmed, as they are specially designed/produced for you.

Refunds on Cancellations

If an order is canceled within the eligible timeframe, the amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Transaction/processing charges, if any, may be deducted.
